1. Free Shipping

Maria Clothing Store offers FREE shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum order amount is required to qualify for free shipping.

2. Shipping Carrier

All orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service). You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Orders are typically delivered within 5–7 business days from the date of shipment. Please note that business days exclude weekends and federal holidays.

•      Processing Time: 1–2 business days before shipment

•      Standard Delivery: 5–7 business days after shipment

•      Total Estimated Time: 6–9 business days from order date

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your USPS tracking number. You can track your package at usps.com or through the USPS mobile app.

5. Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy:

•      Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery

•      Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

•      Exchanges are subject to stock availability

•      Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer

6. Shipping Restrictions

At this time, Maria Clothing Store ships to addresses within the United States only. We currently do not offer international shipping.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at your earliest convenience. We will work with USPS to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.
